Rare Medium #1

We like food but we don’t like the idea of it being wasted. Rare Medium engages Australian chefs to be more creative with red meat by thinking further than the fillet. It encourages them to use Australian beef, veal, lamb and goat responsibly. The aim: to creatively inspire culinary wizards to do good things with a product that is usually the hero of the menu. Attention to detail and variety makes Rare Medium a pleasure to look through. Each spread is carefully constructed with a variety of typographic layouts and illustrations, and meticulous photography and food styling.
