For nearly 400 years, the Swedish postal system has played a vital role in shaping the nation’s history and its journey toward a modern, democratic society. After an extensive renovation, The Swedish Postal Museum reopened in fall 2024 with a bold new identity. At its core is PM Display – a custom typeface inspired by the iconic post horn and historical postal typography. More than just a visual element, it strengthens the museum’s identity while allowing each exhibition to stand out. The result is a contemporary brand that honors postal heritage while carrying its legacy into the future.
