Paradigm Parables

Paradigm is a leading secure communications company providing services to the armed forces. To them, customer service is paramount as lives are at stake. Taxi Studio was briefed to design an inspirational internal communication to set out their brand values for all employees. We created 'Paradigm Parables' – a collection of memorable stories that illustrate their brand values in a simple, fun and compelling way. Deliberately avoiding modern cues, we adopted a traditional feel, commissioning over 40 scraperboard illustrations to bring the stories to life. 'Paradigm Parables' was a huge success – everyone read them voluntarily and it has since become a positive talking point within the company and beyond.
