Our House is on Fire

Greta Thunberg’s organisation, Fridays For Future, wanted to create a powerful film for its unprecedented 24-hour climate change livestream on Earth Day 2020 – at a time when all the media was focused on Covid-19. The haunting 60-second spot portrays a family in their morning routine acting as if everything was normal, despite fires burning all around their house. The campaign was inspired by Greta Thunberg’s famous quote from her speech at the 2019 World Economic Forum in Davos: "I want you to act as if our house is on fire. Because it is”.
