Miyamoto Glasses Shop was struggling with stagnant sales due to the appearance of large-scale competitors. I&S BBDO created ads aimed directly at prospective customers: people with poor eyesight. Ironically, people with poor vision can better see optical illusions. So by producing posters that only people who need glasses can see, Miyamoto Glasses Shop gave their potential customers the advantage and earned their trust.
