This campaign reminds us of the people who were persecuted and tortured, as well as those who disappeared, under the military dictatorships in Uruguay, Argentina and Chile. It was released in commemoration of 40 years of democracy in the region and as a reminder of Amnesty’s ongoing fight for justice for those still missing.
