Natlan Impressions Trailer -Blaze to Natlan-

“Blaze to Natlan” is an action-packed animated film promoting “Natlan,” a new map expansion for the open-world adventure role-playing game Genshin Impact. Through many rounds of illustration exploration, our references to contemporary American and French art, contemporary heightened color sensibilities, and recent influences in the animation space (such as Scavengers Reign and Mutant Mayhem) started to naturally blend with anime influence and find its own distinct language. In addition, our approach to matte painting pulled heavily from psychedelic artists such as Roger Dean and Moebius.
