Land Securities Annual Report 2006

Our task was to create a flagship report that reflected Land Securities' creative and inspiring approach to business. It was essential to maintain the highest standards of financial reporting, while innovating to provide accessibility to a wealth of information and insight into their thinking and culture. To inspire the reader, a 16-page front section was dedicated to their approach. Illustration was used to emphasise the intelligent and human approach to their business. This was supported by the results – best practice OFR reporting, accounts and detailed business analysis, providing prospective shareholders with the highest calibre of reporting.
