On Monday 17 May, Jim Jacques, the voice of harness racing in South Australia, went to work with a sore throat. He became a national talking point and internet sensation when his voice gave out during the first event on the card. By the next day, we’d turned his call of the race into an ad for Chemmart, a nationwide pharmacy chain in Australia.
