Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy

Oink Creative was approached by Demon Music Group and the BBC to create six fully illustrated vinyl books, based on the original radio series inspired by Douglas Adams’ incredibly witty sci-fi novels. They came up with two unique, visually striking styles to convey the surreal, wacky nature of the show. One which depicted the iconic scenes and surroundings the radio actors would present, and another which was used to display the Hitchhiker’s Guide Entries which would interject the story. Over 100 illustrations were created for this set of six volumes – a true labour of love, and no more than the franchise deserves.
