Brazil Native Ingredients
As an enthusiast of Brazilian culture, chef Alex Atala prepared a special menu for the award-winning Brazillian restaurant D.O.M’s 20th anniversary. He created 24 dishes crafted with Brazilian pre-colonial ingredients including ants, honey, and manioc. To graphically represent all the menu ingredients, SUNO Design explored visual manifestations of the Brazilian culture in this historical period.
