Gigi’s quickly became a Rockaway Beach staple, drawing year-round loyal customers who are searching for a blend of nostalgia and newness. To capture the playful spirit of this BIPOC-owned business, a custom typeface was inspired by the intersection of graffiti culture and the joy that comes with that first taste of gelato. The primary colour palette evokes the ingredients, flavours, and hues of endless summers. Gigi’s Gelato reminds the world that life is messy and sweet.
