Completed in June 2014, the Bicycle Snake is a 235 metre long ramp that offers cyclists a shortcut across Copenhagen Harbour. The elevated road allows cyclists to pass quickly and easily through the area, while pedestrians can use the wharf beneath uninhibited. The owner of the nearby Fisketorvet shopping centre has established a recreational space in the newly transformed area, heightening its quality.
