Coldplay – Trouble in Town

Trouble in Town explores social issues through anthropomorphic characters. The promo, shot on 35mm, expands on the themes of the song, taken from the album Everyday Life, including homelessness, racial and social inequality and police brutality. Characters lead interwoven lives on the mean-looking streets of an anonymous city - we meet politician pigs, street-hustling foxes and an officious snow leopard cop. Throughout there are echoes of Animal Farm, with a neon, film-noir aesthetic.
