Code of Conscience

Despite their protected status, a third of the world's reserves are currently under threat from human activity. It's hard to monitor and stop humans from destroying forests, but we can stop the machines they use. Code of Conscience is a cyber shield for forests – open source software that restricts the use of heavy-duty vehicles in protected areas. It combines data from the United Nations World Database on Protected Areas with the geolocation of vehicles.
