Chef's Special Latino Edition

After many trips to Latin America, this project was dear to us. We hired an old Mexican beach shack, threw a party, and invited Australia's best Latino chefs, a mix of young guys running taco trucks and old abuelas. Mash decorated the beach house and created Mexican inspired pottery and hand-painted tiles. A multitude of fabrics and crockery made for a beautiful array of colour. Finally, Australia has realised there’s another option to Tex Mex! The magazine is laden with bright illustrations, naive in style like Mexico City’s sign writers, a true insight into the flavours and sites of Latin America.
