Champions for Change

A campaign to bring unconscious bias into the public consciousness. On International Women’s Day 2019, Champions for Change – an organisation made up of the Chairs and CEOs of leading New Zealand businesses set out to tackle gender imbalance in the workplace, by showing overcoming our unconscious bias is as easy as removing gender from the equation. This suite of tongue-in-check how-to films were created to demonstrate how easy it actually is to navigate the seemingly complex world of gender equality.
