During such difficult economic times, monster.com wanted to highlight the lighthearted side of the brand. We focused on creating a platform that uses humour to parody the outrageous actions of those who are hard-working in their jobs, but clearly not on the right career path. Only Monster offers these job seekers a way out, by positioning the totally rebuilt monster.com, and its new suite of precision matching tools, as the solution to finding the job that’s right for them. Battle features the humorous work of one musician who is clearly talented, but not suited to his current job.
