Amani

Meta's film tells the story of Team Amani, a group of cyclists from Rwanda, Uganda and Kenya, trying to make their mark on the world of cycling. However, these cyclists are faced with insurmountable barriers, such as costly equipment, travelling to competitions in Europe and the US, and lack of access to sponsors. But what if, one day, those barriers didn’t exist? Amani explores how Meta’s vision for shared, immersive experiences in the metaverse has the potential to break down barriers and enable everyone to connect beyond boundaries.
