After discovering that over 60% of Gen Z have trouble being themselves around their peers, Adobe wanted to inspire them to express their true selves through creativity. And who better to help with that than David Bowie, who famously expressed himself through his many personas. To help people create their own personas Dentsu Creative Amsterdam digitised Bowie’s hair, makeup, and costumes into an extensive tool pack for Photoshop and Substance. The team also created an immersive gaming experience of Bowie’s dressing room, all with the goal of inspiring a new generation to follow his journey and find their own true selves.
