5 Merchant Square Marketing Suite

Merchant Square, a new development in London Paddington by European Land, needed to sell its vast floor space to property agents and potential tenants. Using our proposition ‘A bright future for Paddington’, the challenge was to engage visitors and enable them to see the potential of the space. We created a number of installations and transformed the space into a gallery, with each piece communicating a key benefit of the building, its specification or location.
