A lot of my work is about helping people to write like human beings, not corporate robots - which is harder than it sounds! I love seeing the difference this makes, whether it's helping teams feel more confident, inspiring a creative campaign or helping organisations transform their culture. Just by changing the words.
I've worked on language projects with everyone from British Airways and Sainsbury's to WWF (the wildlife charity, not the wrestlers) and the Ministry of Justice. If I'm not reading, writing or banging on about words, I'm probably cycling.
