The importance of diversity and inclusion in the workplace

Currently Head of Entertainment at Facebook, Anna Higgs is one of the most esteemed creative leaders. Previously Creative Director at NOWNESS and Head of Digital at Film4, Higgs is an expert in all things storytelling and weathers with panache the volatile nature of our industry. This is the experience she brought at D&AD Festival 2019, where she led a session with Uncommon's founder Nils Leonard during the Shape Your Future programme about creative leadership in times of uncertainty.
