Author of 2 award-winning picture books: 1) The Book That Was Handed Down 2) Happily Ever After is so Once Upon A Time Yix received a S$42,000 grant from the National Heritage Board to publish a photography book on all the school uniforms in Singapore as part the nation's 50th birthday. 'My School Uniform' received national media coverage. Currently a PhD student at Central Saint Martins, University of the Arts London, Yix teaches creative strategy at Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts, University of the Arts Singapore.
