Rio Carnaval clearly stood out for me for its sheer brilliance in translating the energy and spirit of the show with great craft. It took elements like the signature drum and tambourine sound, and the Samba school flags, and used programming to create a dynamic type which instantly connects. It's a great example of what a potent combination of idea, crafting and tech can create. As a designer, these new possibilities excite me and I look forward to more!
