In Argentina, more than 50% of children and teenagers live in poverty, worried by the lack of clothes. In the meantime, the other 50% spend a monthly average of US$1,000,000 in skins for their games. The Skin Trade took place in Latin America’s most important gaming event: The League of Legends’ Final. It asked viewers for a very simple exchange: they donated all the clothes they no longer used in the real world and, in exchange, they received clothes (skins) for their online characters. In one day, the NGO collected more clothes than in the whole year.
