F37 is an award-winning font foundry. In order to highlight our ever-growing library, we set out to design and build a website unlike any other. We observed that most font websites are quite restrictive when testing out fonts.
Our solution was to build a “type tester”, which replicates the familiar environment and tools of Illustrator directly in the browser, allowing designers to experiment freely with F37’s font library on the site itself.
A playful interface allows users to move, resize, colourise, rotate and kerning and tracking of the type can be controlled using familiar shortcuts
