The Green Hand

Not all energy is green energy. The grid shifts constantly, meaning the power you use isn’t always clean. But what if knowing when energy is green was as simple as checking the time? Christopher Ward’s "The Green Hand" (made in collaboration with Good Energy) transforms timepieces into tools for sustainability. Across the UK, historic clock towers will be fitted with a green hand that moves only when energy is at its greenest - turning time into a signal for smarter energy use. An AR filter extends the movement, letting people add The Green Hand to any watch, making sustainability instinctive, shareable, and effortless.
