Mission Fossible

In the UK, 13.5% of talented young adults are unemployed. They don't have enough experience to find a job. But without a job, they can't gain experience. So there's a gap in their resume that prevents them from making time. We've changed the way young adults can find a job. Not with their resumes, but with their talents. Introducing Mission Fossible A platform where unemployed young talent can connect with each other to form teams and apply to challenges together. The teams we see the most potential in will be offered a secure job after closing their experience gap through Fossil Foundation-sponsored training. Regardless of whether they win or not, the young talents will have gained a lot of experience interacting with their peers, solving our challenges, and participating in the pitch.
