Pullouter is a garment designed for bicycle commuters who prefer to ride in their work/study clothes, or can’t shower and change when they reatch their destination. You wear it like an udershirt beneath your standard clothes so that it absorbs sweat and when your comute is over you pull it out by it’s colar and place it in it’s case, without having to take any of your regular clothes off first.
