giffgaff connect aims to channel the spirit of mutual giving by bridging the gap between young and old, easing the loneliness felt by thousands of elderly people all over the UK. Technology has never been more accessible or easier to use, so we decided to design an interactive gaming application that would improve the connectivity of the older generation whilst giving giffgaff members the opportunity to earn payback points.
