FART FOR FUTURE

“Farts are funny, global warming is not. The world is home to about 1.5 billion cows.” Beef production encounts for over 37% of all human-induced methane in the air, because cows do fart – just like us. The problem: They emit over 115 liters of gas every day. So what if people ate beans instead of beef? We would fart more, but not the cows. “Fart 4 Future” – a movement built around farts, reaching out to make a change by switching to a more plant-based diet and to fight the mass livestock agriculture. This idea is a creative response to the New Blood Award brief set by Connect4Climate in collaboration with Futerra.
