Yahoo! + Tank and the Bangas & Friends

In the midst of a global pandemic and three weeks after the murder of George Floyd, Yahoo partnered with the Grammy Award-nominated Tank and The Bangas to give the world a message of peace and solidarity by releasing What the World Needs Now (is Love, Sweet Love). The unbranded music video became a message of hope, love and unity. The band released it organically via its Instagram and YouTube, with posts calling fans to donate to Black Lives Matter.
