The Gruen Transfer

The Gruen Transfer' was a television show about advertising. To promote it we created fictional products all bearing the show’s name – Gruen Beer, Gruen Bank, Gruen Beauty – and advertised them on ABC, Australia’s only non-commercial network. What followed was outrage, intrigue, viewer engagement, invaluable press coverage and the highest rating debut show in ABC history.
