The Chadwick Oven

The Chadwick Oven is a small oven that reaches a temperature of over 500°C for pizzas and flat breads. The device incorporates an airflow system that uses the hot air from a standard gas ring to achieve these temperatures. Combined with a porous stone surface and other novel components, the oven recreates the environment of a wood fired oven. With a typical warm up time of twelve minutes, pizzas can cook in under four minutes. The Chadwick Oven is made in Britain, in stainless steel with a custom chrome finish to outer surfaces.
