The Book of Broken Silence

Book of Broken Silence is a self-help book about, and for, people, who faced suicide in their family or among friends. Suicide is still a taboo topic in Lithuania, but alarming suicide rates demanded action. Each of the 18 stories leaves a mark not only on the reader but on the book too - the pages have to be torn in order to read each story. The hardback was the best selling non-fiction book in the country for six consecutive weeks.
