SantApp

It's often said that technology is robbing children of their innocence. For Christmas 2014, Shackleton wanted to give it back. They developed SantApp, an iPhone and Android app that uses a smartphone's loudspeaker and camera light to recreate the presence of Santa Claus in living rooms. Shackleton sent a special mailshot to clients and friends, designed to amplify the SantApp experience. Using a spray and stencil, parents could leave footprints for their kids to find, taking the sensory experience created by their smartphone one step further.
