In China’s condom market, 001(condoms with a thinness of 0.01mm) is the category standard for ultra-thin condom technology. After thorough safety testing, Durex finally launched its own 001 line, and needed to assure 'break-anxious' consumers that Durex is the safest 001 out there. The solution? Partner with a brand known to test safety just as thoroughly: The Volvo XC40. In the film, a couple wakes from a VR simulation and drives a Volvo XC40 to safety in the real world on 001 Island. The film debuted on Chinese Valentine’s day, showing us that safety allows unparalleled 'real' closeness.
