Potable Water Generator

The University of Engineering and Technology believes the world can be changed through engineering. To demonstrate this, they started with their own city, Lima. It’s the second largest desert capital in the world and potable water is scarce. UTEC and the agency built the first billboard in the world to produce potable water out of air. Machines inside the billboard condense atmospheric moisture to obtain bulk water. The water is then purified and stored in a tank where it can be drawn as drinking water. The billboard also served to attract students to the university during the application period.
