Oragnum is renowned Australian chef Peter Gilmore's latest book. To bring it to life in the digital environment, Pollen created an interactive digital documentary app for iPad, which takes users on an intimate exploration of the thought processes and philosophies of one of the world's greatest chefs. Beginning with time-lapse photographic builds of the final dishes, each dish can be deconstructed and reconstructed and its individual ingredients explored. Users can trace the ingredients back to their source and examine the diverse locations and producers who work closely with Peter to create his nature-based recipes.
