Penguin Little Black Classics

The Little Black Classics are a brand evolution of Penguin Classics. The creative/design developed hand in hand with the publishing ambitions and production confinements of the editorial plan. Primarily designed to compliment the main ‘black-spine’ Penguin Classics series; to echo colouring, fonts, and the white branding strip (—pushed wider in the Little Black Classics series as an anniversary wink to the first Penguin tri-band covers), these purely typographic covers extend and transform the continuity of Penguin brand language.
