Michael Arnold is a registered acupuncturist. He wanted to target local businesses with this message: acupuncture can help cut staff absenteeism caused by work-related stress. We selected 20 companies where we knew people worked long hours. They all had over 100 full-time staff. <br/>We contacted the heads of Human Resources Departments, explaining the extent of the problem caused by work-related stress and how our client&#39;s nearby acupuncture service would be the perfect solution. All we asked the heads of Human Resources to do was pin Michael Arnold&#39;s card up on their notice board. We offered them a cost-effective way of keeping staff healthy and happy, with minimum inconvenience on their part.
