New Business Class Seat and Cabin

Lufthansa’s first fully flat business class seat and cabin was created for the new Boeing 747-8i and fleet retrofit. A V-seat configuration angles passengers’ feet towards each other, creating 1.98 m beds while maintaining a high head count and a quality passenger space. A modular shell contains seat pairs forming calm, private environments and a distinct design identity. The cabin is light and spacious, with extended sightlines across the space. This efficient, modular design is configurable across a broad aircraft fleet, maintaininga consistent brand offering and identity.
