Never Settle for Less

At a time of serious economic hardship, we wanted to prove that H&R Block gets people more money back on their tax returns; that, unlike in so many other parts of their lives, with us they didn't have to settle for less. So we journeyed to Greenback, Tennessee, and a diner in Los Angeles, and offered to redo the taxes of everyone there. Twenty days, 1,500 man-hours, and a few thousand cups of coffee later, we brought nearly $25,000 back to the people there – money they didn't even know they were owed.
