Children are the invisible victims of their parents’ crimes and are often called ‘hidden’ victims of the penal system because they must endure their own sentence. In Ireland, there is a concerning lack of data on the children of prisoners compared to EU standards. LittleTalks is a support framework that was created to protect and preserve the relationship between children and their loved ones in prison.
