If you don’t eat lamb on Australia Day, you’re un-Australian – that’s what Sam Kekovich has been telling Aussies for years. His annual address to the nation has made lamb our national meat – lamb is to Australia Day what turkey is to Christmas. So after conquering Australia, it was time to take on the world, by having Sam appointed as Australia’s first official Lambassador.
