The concept of the film was to focus on the pre-teenage period when the voice gets deeper or breasts start to grow - when so many things happen inside the body that cannot be controlled and there is so much energy that wants to get out. Hence, the children in the video had to show strength, but also innocence and fragility. Director Martin de Thurah found them by contacting various dance schools and riding around on his bike to meet them. His little brother and sister are in the video too - his brother showing his muscles! It was shot at his old school over two days.
