HIV is Great

In this radio commercial we follow an employee giving a tour of his workplace.<br/>OFFICE WORKER: Yeah, I used to work in one of these cubicles. I was like a worker bee. So we&#39;re walking through the corridor now.<br/>&#8220;Hi Jane.&#8221;<br/>See . . . looking away. That&#39;s my old cubicle. <br/>SFX: Coffee machine.<br/>OFFICE WORKER: So, yeah, this is the coffee machine. You know, I used to come here, wait in the queue with everyone else. Now, look, straight in there making my coffee. And my mug &#8211; always used to go missing. All the time, &#8220;Where&#39;s my mug?&#8221; Now no one messes with my mug. <br/>SFX: Lift doors closing. <br/>OFFICE WORKER: It&#39;s my own lift. It&#39;s like having a lift to my own office.<br/>SFX: Walking into office.<br/>OFFICE WORKER: This is all mine, and nowadays my boss, he just lets me get on with it, you know.<br/>AUTOMATED ANSWER MACHINE: Your mailbox is empty.<br/>OFFICE WORKER: It&#39;s my computer here &#8211; see that. I&#39;ve got a pot plant; you know, I talk to that if I get a bit bored. <br/>SFX: A crowded canteen.<br/>OFFICE WORKER: I used to have to arrive early at the canteen just to get a seat. <br/>It&#39;s quite funny really. Now I get a table all to myself. You want to know how I achieved all this? <br/>I became HIV positive.<br/>MVO: Its hard to be positive in the face of HIV predudice.
