GO Etiquette Book

In 2016, GO Transit launched the #etiquettefail campaign designed to improve etiquette on public transit. Continuing in the same vein, this book is the bible on public transit etiquette. Much of the content derives from riders out in the field and who voted for the worst offences in polls.
