Bijela cesta 'U iscekivanju kise' (White road 'Waiting for the Rain’)

‘Waiting for the Rain' is part of an art project entitled 'White Road' within the Mediterranean Sculptors’ Symposium in the Park of Sculptures in Labin, Croatia. The aim was to realise a multidimensional project in relation to nature, sculpture and man. The project then became a space of public awareness for a community and its visitors.The road itself is 352m long, consisting in 13 sections by 13 different artists. Each section is 25m long and 5m wide. The work has a multi-dimensional meaning, and includes nature and weather as an integral part of its look and form. One extra dimension is the text 'White Road', which is formed by the cut-out plates.
